Try this recipe for 2 cups

2 kiwi fruit (without shell)
Two handful of spinach
A few basil leaves
2 green apples (cored)
1 lemon
1 cup of green tea (cold)

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in this order and finally add green tea. You can add 1 to 2 ice cubes for a refreshing taste!

What are the benefits of green juice for the skin?

Green apples and lemon are excellent sources of vitamin C – stimulates collagen production in the skin. Vitamin C may also soothe wrinkles and helps skin regain its firmness. Eat as many citrus for a glowing skin!
